Am 28.06.2018 wurde die Reform der EU-Entsenderichtlinie (2018/957) (nachfolgend: „Änderungsrichtlinie“) verabschiedet, die tiefgreifende Änderungen der seit 1996 geltenden EU-Entsenderichtlinie (96/71/EG) beinhaltet. Die Umsetzung in deutsches Recht, d.h. insbesondere eine Änderung des Arbeitnehmerentsendegesetzes (AEntG), muss nun bis zum 30.07.2020 erfolgen. Einen entsprechenden Gesetzesentwurf zur Änderung des AEntG hatte der deutsche Gesetzgeber für den Sommer 2019 angekündigt; ein solcher ist jedoch bis dato noch nicht veröffentlicht worden….
